"Old Man" - oil on canvas. Spring 2014This painting was a lot of fun. It's the first portrait that I did of a complete stranger. I picked this image because I wanted some practice painting wrinkles, spots and other features of an older face. It was really nice not to have the pressure to make the person look perfect and to just have fun moving some paint around.
